ADMISSIONS

Admissions are made in Pre.K.G. L.K.G., U.K.G., Classes and from standards I to IX. For direct admissions children should satisfy the age rule i.e. 2+ for nursery, 3+for L.K.G., 4+ for U.K.G., 5+ for the I std., and so on, on or before 31st July of the year of admission. Students coming from unrecognized institutions will not be admitted. Xerox copy of the Birth Certificate, Original Copy of Transfer Certificate, two photos, for std classes should be produced at the time of admission.

ATTENDANCE OF PUPILS

Parents are responsible for their wards regularity and punctuality in attending school. Minimum of 80% attendance is required for promotion to next higher class. Absent without applying for leave will be viewed seriously and punished.

COMPLAINTS

Any communications, report or complaint of the parents/ guardians should be addressed to the Principal (or) Correspondent.

EXAMINATION & TESTS

  • A Pupil is promoted to the next higher class on the basis of the performance during the whole year. Hence regularity in attendance and studies is imperative.
  • The school will not hold any special test or examination or practical’s for the absence during test and examinations.
  • Results once declared at the end of the year are final for all classes and will not be reconsidered under any circumstances.

CONDUCT, PUNCTUALITY & DISCIPLINE

  • Students should be punctual in attending the School. Late coming should be avoided. Irregular attendance neglect in doing homework, disobedience and disrespect towards members of the staff justify dismissal. It is compulsory for every pupil to come to school in full uniform, clean and tidy including foot wear well polished.
  • Pupils are not allowed to come to school with gold ornaments of any kind or any other costly wear.
  • Each pupil is responsible for his/her own thing, Books.
  • Note Books and other articles.
  • When any damage is caused to the school property by any pupil, It should be brought to the notice of the Principal immediately.
  • Enlisting the Students to the School implies that the parents/Guardians and students agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the School formed by the management from time to time. A blade Subhan.
  • Every pupil is expected to be courteous and good natured. Misbehavior and use of foul languages, gross insubordination to school authorities and teachers will be seriously dealt with which may even lead to expulsion of the pupil concerned from the school.

IDENTITY CARD

  • Every student must have an identity card.
  • Students going home alone from School must have their identity cards with them. Parent or their delegates coming to fetch the students must bring the identity cards.

ISSUE OF TRANSFER CERTIFICATE

  • Parents requiring Transfer Certificate have to apply at least three days in advance. A pupil detained twice in a class in succession will be.

  • Wish every teacher irrespective of the class handled. Stand up to once, wish a teacher or visitor when they enter and leave the class room.
  • Don't interfere when the teachers are conversing.
  • Be polite while speaking to teaches, elders in general. Use "Please" while requesting and "Thank" while receiving.
  • Maintain silence in absence of the teacher.
  • Talk with whispers in the class rooms and corridors and stop conversing when teachers or others superiors pass by
  • Read the students hand-book carefully and act on it. Make note in it of important things to you.
  • The Use of bad language, unruly behavior and manners are strictly forbidden. Aim at full attendance and unfailing punctuality.
  • Be God fearing. A prayer to God for help will always be answered by him.
  • Never waste time. Time is precious. Use it well.
  • Make friendship with studious companions. They will help you by work and example. Work hard and do your best in studies. Your parents and the nation are expecting a lot from you.
  • Take part in games, recreation which will refresh your mind and give you new energy for study.
  • All must come to school on time and in full, clean and prescribed uniforms on all working days and at all school functions.
  • Should strictly follow the school timings prescribed.
  • Everyone is expected to be in the school five minutes before the first bell.
  • All should take part in the Prayer and assembly without fail. After the assembly, pupils should go silently to their respective class rooms.
  • Should maintain strict discipline inside as well as outside the class rooms.
  • Are not supposed to shout or play inside the classrooms or on the corridors.
  • Should wear neat and trim uniforms on all working days. Shirts should be smartly tucked in. Boys should see that their hair is trimmed at regular intervals.
  • All home works must be completed and submitted on time without fail.
  • Are responsible for the care of personal belongings. Expensive jewels or ornaments are totally banned and the school management takes no responsibility to their loss.
  • The institution takes responsibility for the students within the school premises, but not for any outward incident which is beyond their control.
  • The students are forbidden to write or scribble on the walls, and throw paper or ink inside the class rooms and school premises. Penalty for the damage done to buildings, furniture must be paid at the discretion of the principal.
  • The absentees for the annual examination without proper reason will be considered as detained. No re- examination will be held. In case of meritorious students, the marks of the year will be considered by the principal for promotion.
  • Parents or guardian are not allowed to interview their children or to speak to the teachers during school hours, all enquiries must be made at the school office.
  • The school accepts no responsibility if the pupil is asked to return home during the class hours for not wearing the school uniform, for not bringing books to class, for not producing signature of the parents, on remarks written by teachers, on the absence record, in the calendar, for reason of indiscipline and for repeated late coming.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded. Late payment may result in pupils being debarred from examinations.
  • Students must bring their diary on all working days of the school.
  • Parents are requested to read the above regulations carefully and to ensure that their children abide by them.
  • Should always create a happy and healthy atmosphere in the school and try to be happy and cheerful.
